Updated Refund and Return Policy (Al-Haq Law Book Centre)

1. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory) To protect against false claims or shipping errors, we strictly require an Unboxing Video.

• Customers must record a continuous video while opening the original sealed packaging for the first time.

• The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the book(s) inside.

• No return or exchange claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

2. Return Eligibility & Book Condition To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, brand-new condition:

• Strictly No Marks: There should be no handwritten names, pencil/marker marks, highlights, or ink stains on any pages.

• No spine damage, folded corners, or torn covers.

• Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Safe Packaging Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the book is packed securely for return. Any damage caused during the return journey due to poor packaging will result in the rejection of the refund/exchange request.

3. Starting a Return (Reverse Pickup & Labels) To start a return, contact us at customerservices@alhaqlawpublisher.com or via WhatsApp with your unboxing video.

• Reverse Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we will generate a Reverse Pickup Label via our courier partner (M&P).

• We will send this label to you via WhatsApp/Email. You must print it and paste it on the parcel.

• A courier rider will then come to your doorstep to collect the book.

• Note: Items sent back to us without our generated label or prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Charges

• Our Error: If the unboxing video proves we sent the wrong, misprinted, or damaged item, Al-Haq Law Book Centre will provide a free Reverse Pickup Label and bear all costs.

• Customer Choice: If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or wrong selection, the customer must pay the return shipping charges before the pickup is scheduled.

5. Verification & Refunds Refunds are only issued after the book reaches our office (G-1, Jinnah Tower, Turner Road, Lahore) and passes physical inspection.

• Before packing the book for return, the customer must send a video showing the current condition of the book.

• If any marks (pencil/pen) are found upon arrival, the refund will be rejected.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/Jazzcash.
